Ingredients:
14 hard-cooked eggs
1/2 cup mayonnaise
1/2 cup sour cream
1 1/2 teaspoons Dijon mustard
1 teaspoon fresh lemon juice
1/4 teaspoon black pepper
Paprika for garnish (optional)
Instructions:
1. Peel the hard-cooked eggs and slice them in half lengthwise.
2. Remove the yolks and place them in a bowl. Set the egg whites aside.
3. Mash the yolks with a fork until smooth.
4. Add mayonnaise, sour cream, Dijon mustard, lemon juice, and black pepper to the yolks. Mix until creamy and well combined.
5. Spoon or pipe the mixture back into the egg whites.
6. Garnish with paprika (optional) and serve immediately or chill in the refrigerator until ready to serve.
